SMS Terms of Service

By opting in through a form on this website or another medium where we present this consent language, you agree to receive SMS text messages from AFE Capital Connect. Opting in is optional, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving funding. You can withdraw consent at any time using the instructions below.

Messages are transactional and conversational, and relate only to an application or inquiry you started with us. They include:

• Confirmation that we received your application or message
• Requests for documents needed to complete an application you started
• Status updates on an application or inquiry
• Scheduling and callback coordination
• Replies to questions you send us

AFE Capital Connect does not send marketing or promotional text messages — no special offers, discounts, or solicitations. If you receive a promotional text claiming to be from AFE Capital Connect, it did not come from us.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on how your application or inquiry progresses — for example, whether we need a document from you or have a status update to share.

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from AFE Capital Connect. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Opting out of text messages does not withdraw an application you have already submitted, and does not stop us from contacting you by phone or email about an inquiry you started.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message is delivered.

Text messaging is available to recipients with United States mobile numbers on carriers that support A2P messaging. You must be the subscriber of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old to opt in.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your mobile number, the fact that you opted in, and the record of that consent are used only to send you the messages described above and to document your consent. See the Privacy Policy — specifically the “Text messaging (SMS)” section — for the full detail on what we collect, how we use it, and who it is and is not shared with.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service. Material changes to the program will be reflected on this page with a revised “last updated” date, and where the change affects what you consented to, we will ask you to opt in again.
